The hotel offers very spacious rooms, perfect for 2 adults and 2 children. Our late arrival was accommodated well, and we even received a snack lunch. The rooms were not up to 5-star standards.
The hotel overlooks the Golden Gate where the night entertainment is held, providing a lovely view. However, the rooms lack proper beds for children, as they have to sleep on rock-hard sofas. The cleanliness of the room was satisfactory.
Staying at this hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were really spacious with a special design on the pick floor, but it was noisy until midnight due to the arcade/kids entertainment section below. There were lots of activities for kids all day and a marvelous balcony. The service was top-notch with great facilities catering to families with children and a variety of amenities. The location had its ups and downs with some noise disturbances but offered fun activities and shopping options. The dining was limited to certain outlets and not fully inclusive, though the choices were varied. Overall, a place with positives and negatives.
